Fire Truck Rolls Over, Blocks Interesection In Palatine

PALATINE, IL — An intersection in Palatine was blocked for a few hours Thursday following a morning crash involving a fire engine and a minivan. The accident, which happened shortly after 9:30 a.m., occurred at the intersection of Palatine Road and Quentin Road. One firefighter and one civilian were hurt in the crash and taken to an area hospital, reports Daily Herald. Their injuries were not serious.
