Celebrate Valentine’s 2022 Early at Maverick Whiskey Distillery

San Antonio residents and visitors can celebrate Valentine’s Day early this year with a juicy, gourmet steak dinner and craft cocktails or craft beer in a historic setting steps away from the Alamo at Maverick Whiskey Distillery. Diners can enjoy Dean & Peeler premium beef steak entrees and more by Chef Joshua Albert and a special Valentine’s craft cocktail made using Maverick Vodka, a Provence Rosé, Texas Wildflower Tonic syrup, bitters, and topped with a rose-shaped ice cube. The distillery is closed on Valentine’s Day (and on Mondays in general). As such, Maverick Whiskey encourages eaters to relax and enjoy an early Valentine’s dinner Friday (2/11) or Saturday (2/12) night instead. Reservations can be made by calling , or online via Open Table. A special Valentine’s dinner can be enjoyed at Maverick Whiskey Tasting Room on Friday, February 11th and Saturday, February 12th. Maverick Whiskey Tasting Room is open Wednesday to Saturday from 2:00-9:00pm, and closed on Mondays. Drink service runs from 2:00-9:00pm, appetizers are served between 2:30-4:30pm, and after 4:30pm dinner service begins. Shoppers can purchase bottled spirits, which make great gifts, at Maverick Whiskey’s retail space open Tuesday from 12:00-5:00pm, Wednesday to Saturday from 12:00-9:00pm.
