Sea Scout Ship CITY OF ROSES invites interested youth 13 to 18 years old to Open House on Saturday February 12th, from 10 Am to 2 PM. Location: Our boathouse located in the marina at 707 N. Hayden Island Dr, Portland (Jantzen Beach) Visit our boathouse, tour our 44' ex-Coast guard motorboat, inspect our 29' ketch rigged sailboat. Meet the leaders and learn about the program. Parents and interested adult are welcome. The marina is just East (upstream) of the Holliday Inn (Formerly the Red Lion Hotel) at Jantzen Beach, near the Interstate Bridge. Park in the hotel lot, then walk on the east side of the hotel toward the Columbia River. At rivers edge turn East and follow the sidewalk that overlooks the marina until you come to the gatehouse. RSVP to Mark Littlepage , or Mark at . This is because the marina is a secured facility, so someone will have to meet you at the gate to admit you and escort you to the boathouse.
