Commercial carpet and tile cleaning company is hiring based out of our office in Chandler, Arizona. Our team services only commercial buildings such as hospitals, hotels, casinos, medical clinic, and call centers to name a few. Utilizing commercial equipment, chemical and techniques to achieve a clean that surpasses none. Our team also assists with water damage and flood situations, as well as hotel PTAC air- conditioning unit cleaning and one time odd projects. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour and is negotiable based on experience, knowledge, and the desire to learn and excel in the field. This position is full time and requires the following. On-time and reliable transportation Clean and active driving record (Drive company vehicle) No facial tattoos, piercings or colored hair Pass background check (imperative in medical institutions) Flexible hours- we work days, nights and will be required to work one Saturday a month should there be a need Work with one or more team members to complete cleaning requirements Background in carpet cleaning, janitorial or commercial facilities maintenance preferred. We will train to complete projects our way Team member will be required to assist with cleaning jobs in the field, move hose, prep areas for cleaning, and assist to clean. Said person will also help at the shop to clean and maintain trucks and equipment.
