Looking for a Store front

Hello everyone. We are looking for a storefront that we can start up a Thrift Store in. We prefer the West Side. The proceeds from the store would go to help with Spaying and Nueturing Fur Babies. We are working on getting our Non-Profit Status as we speak. We are being blessed with a lot of donations, but do not have a building to get started in. We are praying that we can find a building that we can get that the owner needs a tax write-off. Even if you have a building that we could get started in with so many months rent-free and then a slow price increase until we get on our feet. This would really help so many pets and even more families with the unwanted population of pets that end up in the desert as target practice or wild animal food. We are open to ideas.
