We have (2) creative workspaces for rent! Non-private studio (each around 10 ft x 10 ft) with access to communal kitchen space. Each studio space has at least 1 wall for hanging shelves, wood flooring, and high ceilings. Great natural light from two large windows. The studio is shared between 2-4 artists. Currently, we have 2 in the space and are looking to add 2 more. Mediums practiced include: painting, sculpture, textile design, and candle-making. Great for artists, passionate small businesses, creative hobbyists, and remote workers. No toxic materials or processes, or open flames. (i.e. spray paint, resin, torches, etc.) Available March 1st: SPACE A adjacent to kitchen with one large wall $275/month SPACE B large window and two walls $275/month Communal kitchen has a utility sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. 9-month lease strongly preferred (March 1 - November 1) with possibility for renewal. Second story in a mixed-use building, NO elevator. Free onsite (limited) parking, 24 hr access, communal kitchen, wifi. NO LIVE-INS. Very secure, very safe. Working/active fire sprinkler system.
