Our client in Atherton seeks an experienced Housekeeper to partner with the existing Housekeeper on the team. The ideal candidate will be detailed, service-oriented, and willing to work collectively with an existing Housekeeper and Property Manager to maintain the family's primary residence's overall cleanliness and organization. Must be willing to follow various cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure that the homes are cleaned and maintained to the household's high standards. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, taking direction both from the Property Manager and Principals, is extremely important in this role. -Full-Time -Tuesday - Saturday (some weeks it might be a Monday-Friday schedule) -8:00am-4:30pm -Local candidates only Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following. -Partner with current Housekeeper -General cleaning of the residence to include sweeping, mopping, and dusting as well as daily tidying throughout the residence -Deep cleaning as scheduled monthly/quarterly -Clean furniture and fixtures as directed while using only approved products and methods -Changing bedding and making beds as directed -Taking impeccable care of personal laundry as well as laundering towels, linens, etc. Includes ironing and steaming as required -Washing dishes (using dishwasher as well as hand washing and drying fragile items) and cleaning kitchen -Organizing and cleaning refrigerators and kitchen/butler pantry cupboards in coordination with the property manager on a weekly basis -Maintain organization and supply levels of household products, groceries, and other supplies in coordination with the property manager on a weekly basis -Wardrobe maintenance and closet/personal organization as requested -Help with packing and unpacking suitcases as requested -Cleaning of interior of vehicles as needed/requested -Errands - occasionally picking up, groceries, etc. -Help with simple food prep -All other housekeeping and special tasks as requested Requirements:  -Must be COVID vaccinated -Must have 10+ years of professional experience as a Housekeeper for a family -Willingness to work after hours or on Sundays from time to time -Must have access to a reliable vehicle and be willing to use it for work -Long-term intent -Must have strong time management and multi-tasking skills -Punctuality and good attendance record is a must -A polite individual who is flexible, self-motivated, a team player and energetic -Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 35 pounds without assistance -Must be a non-drug user and a non-smoker -Good working knowledge of written and spoken English is required -Must be eligible to work in the United States -Excellent references and a clean background check (due to the sensitive nature of the position, an in-depth background check will be conducted before the start of employment)  Compensation: -$40-$50+ Per Hour | DOE -15 PTO days (vacation + sick) -10 Paid holidays -Healthcare reimbursement -Discretionary bonus Please reply to this post with your current resume. ****NOTE**** If you found this ad, the job is still open, we will remove the ad when the position has been filled.
