Accessible Space, Inc a national nonprofit provider of accessible, affordable housing is currently seeking an experienced Part Time Property Caretaker/Building Maintenance for our location in Roseville, MN (Roselawn Avenue) Candidate will perform minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion etc. Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and be able to work without direct supervision. ****Ask about additional hours - could be Full Time position covering other TC metro locations** Must have excellent time management skills, professional demeanor along with the ability to communicate in a professional manner and excellent problem solving skills..
