6th Street Studios and Art Center has a 10x12 studio opening up for rent starting March 5th. We have a large space, with 9 artists studios, and outdoor event/workshop area, two gender neutral bathrooms, and a gallery space. The rent includes utilities, and WIFI. This is our only windowless studio, perfect for a Digital Artist, or a Sound Recording Artist. The studio can be padded with audio padding as well. Monthly Rent: $400 - Refundable Security Deposit is $400 - Discounts for pre-paying rent is available - Studio Show in Pictures. We have a light filled, private entrance 14x10 studio opening up in April as well. This studio has a 4x8' window on the interior, and the exterior to provide plenty of light in the studio.
