Kelly Services is now hiring Process Operators in Hereford, TX. You must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of assigned projects. Industrial experience is helpful but not required. Pay rate is $17+ per hour. These are 12 hour rotating shifts and some overtime is required. Duties and skills will include the following: • Learning and operating computer control system for the plant • Follows Standard Operating Procedures for plant start-up, shut down, cleaning and batching • Stay within operating parameters set by Plant/Production Manager and notify management of any production problems • Keeps accurate and timely logs • Collects samples and do the necessary tests to ensure consistent and quality product and record results • Monitors and makes adjustments to the (DCS) computer as needed • Works closely with maintenance and inform them of any mechanical problems • Must be able to lift up to 60lbs. • Climbing ladders and steps.
