Annie's Healing Hearts, Inc Pet Memorial and Cremation has provided Central Oregon communities with exceptional and compassionate cremation and remembrance services for over a decade. Annie's was the first privately owned and operated animal cremation service in the greater Central Oregon area, and continues to quickly grow alongside of our booming community. Our company is in need of a qualified individual to perform operational duties, as well as act as a liaison between Annie's and our loyal group of Veterinary clients. These duties are listed as followed: (Training is provided for all duties, no previous experience required.) - Develop an understanding of cremation standard operating procedures. - Perform entire cremation process based on SOP. - Intake personal clients and compassionately care for them and their families in their time of need. - Process intake paperwork, client payments, and special requests. - Perform daily warehouse cleaning duties. - Confidently answer phones to schedule Veterinary clinic or private client appointments. - Transport animals from Veterinary clinics and/or private client's homes. - Return cremains and memorial pieces to Veterinary clinics and/or private client's home. - Maintain a professional relationship with Veterinary staff and restock clinic's supplies as needed. In order to perform this position to the highest of standards, Annie's is seeking an self-motivated individual that is able to work independently after the 90-day training is completed. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to precisely follow Standard Operating Procedures are extremely important. Annie's employees regularly work one-on-one with grieving clients and their families in home or in a veterinary setting. In order to be successful, each employee is expected to treat each client with compassion and empathy in a professional manner.
