Lumber Mill Production Specialist Kokanee Wood Products Competitive Pay - Attendance Bonus - Benefits - Employee Discounts $500.00 Signing Bonus Job Overview: The Lumber Mill Production Specialist is responsible for sorting, pulling, stacking, and loading lumber safely and efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities. Primary Responsibilities: • Pulling and loading lumber • Stacking • Sticker setting • Move quickly, consistently and safely to keep up with the flow of production • Keeping mill clean of sawdust and debris • Maintain a safe work area Job Requirements: The successful candidate should have the following qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent is required • Highly motivated • Strong communication skills • Team player • Must have the physical ability to push, pull, squat, bend, lift, reach, stand and walk for long periods of time.
