Popcorn replaced

I have a small 936 square foot property that needs the popcorn ceiling scraped down and replaced with (flat or light texture) white ceiling. The property is empty, so it's a really easy fix. It has tile flooring, so the mess can just be swept up. There is also a small furr down I need removing in the kitchen (about 12 inches tall and 8 feet on each side). There are pictures of the furr down from the other side of the duplex here so you can see what I mean. If you don't know how to do the texture/paint etc. You may want to just give me a bid on scraping the popcorn if you need work as this takes no skill. Then I can get another bit on the paint and texture. If you can do it all, great, bid on that. Please send me rough bids and then when I whittle it down to the best bids I can meet you at the property to discuss.
