In need of a crew of 6 strong and energetic people to work together handpicking golf balls on the golf range when the ground is too soft to drive on. The balls get lodged in the wet ground and need to be plucked out and picked up by hand. Handpicking happens once or twice a week throughout the spring as long as the ground is wet. Applicants must work well in a team and be willing to work in unfavorable conditions. Adequate boots and gloves required and must be able to lift 50 lbs. With an efficient crew it takes between 3-4 hours per session. Handpicking is done either in the morning or afternoon, depending on the weather. Base rate of $15/hr and a $10 bonus per 300 ball basket collected. A hard worker can collect 2 or more baskets per hour.
