PT Maintenance person needed for 3 story office building in Melville. Mon – Fri, 7am – 12 noon (hours flexible) General maintenance experience with minor trade repairs using manual and power hand tools. Must have experience in carpentry, including but not limited to framing and sheetrock, basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, HVAC. Must have own tools. Perfect for active retiree.
