Description

Found dog in an intersection off Morgantown Rd on 2/9. No collar, no chip. Super friendly but doesn't seem to know any commands. The neighborhood doesn't seem to know her, I went door to door, and SPCA has her now under the name Biscuit while I look for her family. If I can't find them, I'll keep her because she's adorable. But I want to try my best to find her safely home first. If she's yours, please go to Charlottesville SPCA to get her.
