We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeper, with great cleaning and people skills, to play a key role at our The Woods at Alderwood apartment home community in Lynwood, Washington. The Housekeeper will perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties to ensure resident and guest satisfaction to Company standard. Responsibilities: Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, business and fitness centers, and laundry room, etc. Maintain the show readiness of model apartments, tour routes and common areas Assist in make-ready procedures, turns and cleaning vacant apartments Clean exterior areas such as elevators and mailbox areas Assist in policing the grounds to maintain curb appeal Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous Housekeeping experience Ability to communicate effectively with Office and Maintenance staff Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job Available for emergency call duties and weekend work Basic computer skills and good written/oral communication skills Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and arms; climb and balance on ladders; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; see, talk, hear and smell. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and strong enough to operate industrial-type cleaning equipment. Working Environment: Incumbents work in both indoor and outdoor environments with moderate to loud noise levels. May work in controlled temperature conditions, cold and hot temperatures, or inclement weather conditions including snow, rain, wind. Exposure to chemicals, mechanical and electrical hazards, and hazardous physical substances and fumes. Incumbents will interact courteously with residents, guests and staff and must follow all applicable policies, and procedures.
