Full-Time, entry level Warehouse Associate needed in the GIG HARBOR area. Start date is ASAP. Hours are M-F, 8:30am – 4pm with some flexibility. This is seasonal with more hours required during summer months May - September. We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who takes initiative and is able to work independently. Required Skills/Qualifications: Duties: • Assist in inventory counts • Offload merchandise from containers/trucks. • Pack, stack and move boxes of product weighing up to 70lbs. • Assist with shipping labels, and Bill of Ladings • Pull product, label and load for daily outbound drop ships • Unpack and repack product for production • Pack and palletize freight shipments • Assist with product testing • Clean warehouse and grounds. Requirements: • Strong math skills – add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals. • Computer skills is a must – Excel, Outlook, Word • Good verbal and written communication • Familiarity with UPS World Ship and FedEx Ship Manager preferred • Previous warehouse experience preferred • MUST be able to lift 70 lbs. This position is with a family owned outdoor company. It is a team environment and staff are expected to do their duties and jump in elsewhere to help as needed, even if it is outside of the set job description. It is a fast-paced, high demand position that requires teamwork.
