Looking for someone to start paperwork and start working ASAP - come to Hidden Valley Apartments at 2112 Merner Ave. with a printed or digital copy of your resume for a quick, casual interview with the property manager. $16-$22 an hour - 40 hours guaranteed. Some experience required. JOB DUTIES • Responding to resident work orders • Cleaning and renovation of vacant apartments for new move-ins • Light plumbing • Painting and drywall repair • Light electrical work • Light carpentry and flooring repair • Able to fix standard apartment appliances: Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, etc. QUALIFICATIONS • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Maintain positive attitude when under strict deadlines • Able to pass Background Check and Drug Test • HVAC Certified (preferred but not required) • Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance • Flexible Availability Needed • You will be required to be on call at all times • Must have own tools COMPENSATION • Base hourly rate between $16-$22 per hour • Opportunity for onsite living at the property with partial rent concession after 30 days of employment (~$5,000/year /-) • Employee Retention Bonuses - $100 after 30 days / $200 after 60 days / $500 after six months / $1,000 after twelve months • Additional compensation opportunities to be identified following achievement of above milestones • Full Ancillary Benefits Package (vision, dental, life, etc.) (~$800/year /-) • 401K Plan with company match • Heath Insurance Assistance (~$3,000/year /-) • Total Value of ~$45,000-$65,000/year /- Alexander Forrest Investments, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
