Septic Truck Driver Teller County Waste is a family-owned local business that has been serving Teller County and surrounding areas for more than 25 years. We are currently seeking to fill a position for a septic service driver. Please consider joining our team! Job Summary Our Septic Truck Driver is responsible for operating a company vehicle to service, haul, and dump sanitation waste. You will be responsible for following proper procedures in regard to handling sewage disposal. Proper precautions and safety are a high priority. You will also be responsible for completing all work orders, advise dispatch when repairs are necessary, and complete all necessary vehicle preventative maintenance for the truck that you drive. Highly skilled driving and backing maneuvers are essential, to successfully perform this job. Qualifications Acceptable driving record required Class B CLD required, Manual preferred Taker Endorsement required. Ability to operate a tablet Ability to pass a DOT Drug and Alcohol test and obtain the necessary DOT medical card. Strong navigation and mapping skills Responsibilities Provide excellent Customer Service Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions Ability to perform a physically demanding job Ability to be flexible to meet customer needs and route changes You are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. Salary $21.00- $25.00 an hour Full Benefits Package to Include: 100% Medical coverage for the employee after 60 days Up to 3%match on IRA after 60 days $25,000 life insurance policy after 60 days
