****Se buscan glaziers y field superintendent para compania de installacion de vidrio*** Commercial glass company looking glazing help men. We are a small glass company looking for field help. We install commercial glass in commercial projects such as retail strips, tilt wall projects, storages, etc. We are located in the 249 and Grant Rd area. All work is done outside, must be able to work in different types of weather. Glazier requirements : -Experience in storefront system installation -Experience in fabrication of glazing systems -Ability to lift 75lbs (you will be helping with glass installation) -Have a valid Texas DL and clean driving record (be able to drive our trucks) -Take accurate measurements -Some work out of town will be required (can be up to a week at a time) -Ability to follow instructions (work well with others and take direction from lead) -Be on time (crews need to leave and will not wait for you if you are late) -Assist in job clean up (shop clean up and field clean up for our trade) Field Lead requirements: -Experience in storefront system installation -Experience in fabrication of glazing systems -Previous experience in leading a team -Must have own tools -Be able to effectively communicate with superintendents and crew members -Some work out of town will be required -Lead by example A typical day is from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. / Monday to Friday Payday is every Friday. Overtime paid when available. We offer paid vacation and major holidays are paid. Please reply with experience, type of commercial work and projects previously done.
