Busy landscape Construction Company looking to hire CDL Driver and laborers!
Job will require some manual loading & unloading of materials, stacking materials, & minor shovel work, broom cleanup, etc.
Will have a small bobcat and excavator to help load / unload bulk materials & job site cleanups
Will be driving small dump truck and pulling a dump trailer for misc. jobsite deliveries & cleanups
This is NOT easy work, but it’s also not heavy manual labor.
1. Driving smaller dump truck which holds 7-8 ton and a dump trailer which holds 3-4 ton]
2. Pre check of trucks in the mornings
3. Loading material – abc, sand, Block and pavers are typically loaded with forklift or tractor.
4. Unloading or dumping material on job sites. Labor MAY be required to unload a few pallets of material with crew. it’s not a sit in your truck all day position.
5. Typical day Is from 730 – 500 pm. Give or take.
6. Cleaning up job sites with bobcat and washing streets.
7. We’re looking for photos from the drivers on job sites of the clean up or materials dropped and communicate to the superintendents when they show up on a job site and when they leave.
8. Through check of trucks at end of day and communication when service is needed
9. Keep a clean truck.
