The ideal candidate we are looking for must have a minimum of: - 5 Years of Decking & Patio Cover Installing Experience - 1 Year of Project Management for Decking & Patio Covers The Decking Project Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising all of our projects from inception to execution. You will be assigned to multiple projects at once and oversee both the project's work crews and the project's foreman/supervisor. We Offer: - $75,000 to $125,000 Salary (Negotiable) - FULL EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: Health Insurance, 401K & Retirement Benefits, Profit Sharing - Company Truck Provided with Gas Card You will be responsible for the following: - Create and Manage Project Plans that Meet Both Budget & Schedule Expectations - Facilitating Project & Site Permits - Maintain Control of Schedule of Projects - Maintain Quality Control, including Ordering and Managing Materials Lists - Maintain All Safety Protocols for All Projects and Sites - Manage and Maintain Customer and Vendor Relationships - Identify All Project Scopes and Associated Risk Management - Work in Collaboration with the Sales Department and its Employees - Maintaining All Equipment, Tools, Vehicles, & Warehouse Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 Years of Decking & Patio Cover Installing Experience - Minimum of 1 Years of Project Management Experience for Decking - Must have a Clean Driving Record - Must Demonstrate an Extensive Knowledge of Decks & Patio Covers - Understand Building Codes & Procedures - Must Demonstrate an Extensive Knowledge of Construction Equipment & Tools - Exceptional Verbal & Communications Skills, Both Internal & External - Excellent Customer Service Skills - Must Demonstrate the Ability to Adapt to a Fast Paced Environment and Multi-Task - Excellent Organizational Skills, Detailed Oriented, and Self-Motivating - Demonstrate Leadership If you fit position's qualifications and meet all job responsibilities and expectations, we want you to join our team!
