Qualifications •High School Diploma required •Basic knowledge of building and landscaping •Strong verbal and communication skills •Ability to organize and explain information for different audiences: homeowners, staff etc •Ability to organize time and projects •Ability to work independently and with little supervision Responsibilities •This position is also responsible for overseeing third party vendors and contractors •Perform house checks and/or boiler and sprinkler system checks •Conduct light checks •Responsible for grounds maintenance including snow removal and light mowing •Execute basic carpentry including sheetrock repairs (patches) when needed •Painting •Perform preventative equipment maintenance (training provided) •Cleaning Shop •Trash removal •Restroom maintenance, stocking & cleaning •May perform basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting (training provided) •Diagnose problems and contact appropriate vendor(s) •Respond to homeowner inquiries and requests as needed
