This is for a light labor position. We need 2 people to star asap. Flex hours. Pay is cash daily end of day. We have locations in Shadyside, Southside, Lawrenceville, and Northside. Managing a small run of properties. Usually each day is a singular task. Picking up trash around the 4-8 large buildings you have. Weed wacking, Snow shoveling another day. Salting maybe the next day. Hedges and things like this. Very basic tasks. You usually will have a single tool or two for the days tasks Must have your own vehicle. Some minor driving but not much. Everything is compensated if so. Start part time for 2 weeks. If you like it you can go full time when 2 people leave end of this month. They are moving out of town. Pay is $16-22 Hour If you have any other skills such as roofing, mechanical for the trucks, or anything else let us know for consideration on other endeavors and a higher pay rate.
