I am looking for a carpenter or skilled helper. Must be experienced, reliable, knowledgeable, able to work independently and who takes pride in their work. Must have experience with drywall (install and finish), framing and trim work. You must have your own hand tools at a minimum. I am currently working on 2 of my rental properties. You must be dependable, able to follow directions and willing to work. MINIMUM pay will be $15 per hour. We can discuss a HIGHER RATE at the end of the first day. I am ready and willing to pay more, based on skill and speed, but there are too many fakes on CL. Pay is in cash at the end of the day. This will start out on a part time basis with schedule determined the weekend prior, but could become full time if all goes well. You must be able to get to ONE of these locations; Grant Ave. & Academy Rd. -OR- Aramingo Ave. & Allegheny Ave. Please, be honest with yourself and me about your skills.
