Hiring welders and laborers

Looking for good reliable people to work, I have room on my crew for two more people. One welder and one laborer. We run stick welders 6013 rod. Pay is $1 per foot welding starting, I weld 300’ in 6hrs or $15 per hour for laborers. If you can’t lift 50lbs don’t call. We work every day it’s not raining, very fun work atmosphere, not your typical boss.
