Hello! My name is Cameron (aka "Old Boy"). I am 23 and I play bass and sing. My vocal range is from the lowest low and highest high (prince falsetto). My ear is trained, and can play anything I hear. My show experience consist of playing outdoor festivals, all the LA Bars, and all the coffee shops in Long Beach. I've played in bands of all styles but some of my favorites are R&B, Funk, rock, indie and Blues. I'm a fast learner and also great with improv, solos, you name it. I can pocket when needed, but whenever I play with anyone, I give my all. I would consider myself a very social and personable kind of person that loves to get into the music that I'm working on with someone, giving new ideas and helping them perfect they're craft is something I enjoy with a passion. I get a lot of my playing influence from Jaco Pastorius, James Jamerson and Louis Johnson and many more. I am interested in joining a band or doing some session work... Rates will be discussed through further communication for session work and other inquires...
