Handyman needed asap in Havelock; hopefully you're available to do this TODAY. Please see picture for repairs needed. 1. Window is stuck open in one of the bedrooms. Use a putty knife to score the paint between the sash and the track. 2. The bathtub drain is leaking. Access and repair the tub drain leak through crawlspace. May require access panel in the closet to be opened too. 3. Repair leak under kitchen sink (cold water supply line). 4. Kitchen window over the sink- Install 2 glass panes (currently missing) in the kitchen window sash. 5. Exterior faucet (for garden hose, etc.) is leaking. Leak needs to be fixed. 6. Seal up the leaking couplings in crawl space. Lots more work needed on the house but let's start with critical repairs first. Please TEXT asap if interested in this gig.
