Accepting subcontractor bids for the interior construction of our 10,000 ft retail project in Plymouth MI.
Work includes demolition, light gauge metal framing, drywall inst and finishing, doors and carpentry, store fixturing, general labor, etc.
Work is to begin the week of Feb 21, 2022 and is for a 6 week duration. There is enough work for a crew of 2 or 3 experienced people.
Plans are available to those qualified. Hourly rates considered. Insurance and business card is required.
