Suburban Landscape Mgmt. is currently looking to add a couple new Certified Lawn Care Technicians to our team since our client base has expanded. As a certified tech at Suburban you would have a designated truck and route in which you would maintain the health of your customer's lawns. Job Duties: Apply granular fertilizer and liquid weed control to lawns. Apply pest control Using a Permagreen ride on spreader (if you have no experience with this, we will train you) Evaluate clients lawn each visit, note problems/concerns, diagnose disease, insect, other problems that may be present. Make detailed notes for client and communicate with our office Keeping customers informed about practices, expected results, products, etc. Keeping office up to date with any issues or concerns Ability to work outside Ability to lift 50lbs Safely operate equipment within proper standards Manage route efficiently and in a timely manner Must have a chauffeurs license or the ability to obtain one Must be state certified in 3a We Offer: $1000 sign on bonus (paid after initial 10 weeks of employment) Very competitive wages Paid training Certification / renewal test cost reimbursements A stable long term opportunity Year end Bonus after 1 complete season of Employment Paid uniforms Overtime hours available Paid weekly Paid Inclement Weather Days Easy going environment VERY tight routes.
