Semi-national General Contractor seeking subcontractors for repairs on homes throughout Western Kentucky. We need crews who have a business license, General Liability Insurance and either Workers Comp or state issued WC exemption document. Must be able to read and understand detailed scopes of work and receive and send emails and pictures. Projects locations may vary from Bowling Green to Mayfield and from Owensboro to Hopkinsville. If you can cover all or part of the geographic region listed above and can professionally complete work in the following categories, we may be interested in sending projects your way. -Demo work -Rough Carpentry - subfloor repairs, moving interior walls, sistering joists, deck building, etc. -Finish Carpentry - Trim, doors, vanities, cabinets, hardwood flooring, laminate countertops, etc. -Drywall replacement and repairs -Painting, interior and exterior -light electrical - replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets. Able to safely run wire for a new light/switch a plus. -light plumbing - replacing sinks, faucets, toilets, hose bibs, repairing pipe leaks. Able to install tub or shower a plus -Siding, roofing, windows
