Workrise is seeking HVAC - Sheet Metal Mechanics for the Orlando/Deland area. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of HVAC systems, be able to troubleshoot issues, diagnose issues, and fix any HVAC problems. HVAC Mechanics with experience performing both service work and installs is a plus. We’re looking for reliable and hard-working HVAC workers that take pride in their work. Responsibilities Install Sheet Metal Ducts (Squared, Round, Rectangular, etc.) Pookie and insulate Improve HVAC system performance by refilling refrigerants, cleaning the ducts, and changing filters. Troubleshoot and test pipe joints for leaks Assemble, position and mount HVAC equipment as necessary Install grills and dampers Set curbs for RTU’s Adhere to all quality and safety codes Repair and replace defective equipment as necessary Qualifications At least 1 year of commercial experience in the HVAC Sheet Metal field Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other specifications Familiarity with Sheet Metal equipment and hand tools Must be able to handle a physical workload Must have own tools and reliable transportation Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Details; Shift: 1st Pay: $16 to $24 DOE Area: Orlando/Deland Days: Monday to Friday For more info, reply to this message!
