I have 4 new houses that Im measuring for materials currently, I need another competant crew. I also have alot of PUNCHLIST work. Handyman... Touch Up Paint, Repaint areas, Touch Up Texture, Outlets, Switches and Plates.. Trim Repairs, laying vinyl plank floors, replace or adjust doors, Kitchen cabinets adjustments...etc Some jobs require hauling Your or some trash away fm jobs. This is a 1099 position, You are a Sub Contractor, NOT an employee. Materials will be provided or sometimes you will have to pick up via phone sale. You will get a list of work and sign a contract to complete it. You dont get to pick and choose the easy ones... Its good work for a good contractor, Do NOT respond if you cannot do the work or DON'T have a good vehicle... Pay is generally 5-10 days after Completion, once the work is approved by the Investor. Sometimes sooner, sometimes later. DON'T TELL ME YOU CAN DO SOMETHING YOU CANNOT OR HAVE NO EXPERIENCE DOING... The contract will be terminated and there will be zero money payed... I will NOT waste my time with crackheads or boozers. Lets all Have a Great day....
