Hello! MRF Development is looking to expand its crew by adding additional laborers/tradesmen. We welcome any and all applications but as of now we are in need of demolition, cleanup, material staging and break down help. You must be -18+ years of age -Able to work on your feet for an 8 hour work day -Able to follow instruction -Work as part of a team and be willing to learn from experienced carpenters who will always aim to teach you safe and proper building skills. -Able to commute to job sites (Generally we work within 15-25 minutes drive from Somerset NJ area) - Be able to lift 50+lbs repeatedly though out the work day if required (Bags of mortar, Thinset etc...) Be able to pay attention! We want a worker or two who wants to learn a trade/skills that you will be able to use to make good money for the rest of your life. If you want to come to work and drag your feet or aren't able to follow instruction and learn as you work this isn't the job for you. Having your license and a truck/van is a big plus but not required as long as you can get to work on time every day. We aren't super strict but we aren't looking for someone on their phone all day or someone who can't take constructive criticism for their own safety and benefit.
