We are a quality, cage-free grooming and daycare facility. We maintain a high standard, and pristine reputation in the community, with our schedule booked out the whole year in advance. We are looking to bring on an additional groomer for a long term position, to alleviate our new appointment lead time, and to open up our schedule to new clients. We are a laid back, open-minded, enthusiastic salon environment. Having our books planned in advance allows our salon to operate at a smooth controlled, predictable pace, eliminating the stress that many salons endure with never-ending phone calls. We all assist each other when needed, and we all work together to keep the salon clean, efficient, and most importantly safe for our four legged clients. - 1-2 years of grooming experience - Reliable transportation - Ability to interact with positively with customers - Ability to assist and work in a team based environment - Be able to complete 5-8 dogs a day (our stylists do NOT have to bathe dogs) - Accepting of constructive criticism - Willing to learn and adapt to different styles of grooming to match brand output - Pictures of recent grooms Compensation: 16-22/hr based on experience, groom quality, efficiency, and office duties PTO available Clippers, shears, and blades are NOT included Tool maintenance IS included Pooled tips Typical start time: 10AM Typical end time: 5PM Tues-Sat Check us out on IG - @ditr_nj
