We are looking for a local, organized, and motivated assistant project manager to help manage multiple residential rehab projects within and surrounding the Metro Atlanta area. The assistant project manager will provide onsite assistance such as checking the progress of jobs, making material runs, doing small installs if needed, and sending reports updating the status of jobs. To be successful as an assistant project manager you should have some construction knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and be technologically literate. Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities: Inspecting Rehab projects' progress. Documenting and Reporting to the office any issues or delays with the projects. Making small material runs. Helping with small installs if needed. Traveling to multiple properties daily. Assistant Property Manager Requirements: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Previous experience/knowledge in construction. Have a set of tools. Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management skills. This is a full-time position to start immediately with the pay between $29,000 and $33,000 annually depending on experience.
