3 yr old male Kenyan Sand Boa needs a new, more interactive home. R2-D2 (the snake) is small and personable. He is nocturnal and a burrowing snake. We keep him in deep aspen. He is healthy, approximately 10 inches long, but very small diameter. He is fully grown. He comes with his 20gal tank, heating CHE and basking light, under tank heating pad and thermometer. We also have frozen mice to send with him. He eats one every 3-4 weeks. He is not a good pet for a young kid that may leave his tank lid open. They are known for being escape artists. If the child will be supervised to get the tank lid latched shut, then he is a great first snake. He is docile and content to lay in his "cuddle pouch" on your lap. We love this little dude, but he deserves more attention. We are moving and want to find a good home for him before we go. $50 rehoming fee which could be adjusted for the right home.
