Hi, I’m looking for a small breed puppy to get my mom for Valentine’s Day preferably nothing that’ll get over 15 lbs. we’re wanting something more fluffy like a yorkie. I’m a dog groomer so the coat and everything will be well taken care of. I’m not really looking to spend more then $400 and I won’t pay anything until I meet the puppy.
