Description
Just launching my training website and looking for interested clients. I have a general fitness (beginner's program), weight loss, muscle gaining and 5k running plan. I'm interested in tracking your progress and making adjustments along the way. First session is free and only $10 with paypal every other consulting day or just go on your own and report back after the 6-8 weeks (exercise equipment can be provided as well). Everything can be found on my website below. In person training will resume in April, just a bit tied up right now with my other job.
