Unique sound healing and cacao ceremony experience on the beach to celebrate Valentine's Day in a private canopy. We welcome up to 6 guests. The event is matched with a series of guided ritualistic practices to help the individuals move through transformation effortlessly. We will incorporate a heart-opening cacao ceremony followed by a gong and cystal bowl sound bath. Both practices will leave the group feeling relaxed and bring forward more mental and emotional clarity. Cacao ceremonies are rooted in shamanic healing to restore balance in the mind, body, and spirit without the use of psychedelics. Ceremonial Cacao is high grade and thus affects the nervous, cardiovascular, and chakra systems to help open the heart, relax the body, and shift consciousness.It helps to reset the system and balance our internal energy. Sound Healing Meditation incorporates a Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetian bowls, and Koshi chimes to reset and renew your internal energy levels. Sound frequencies allow your body to relax by slowing down your brain waves, which affect every cell in your body, shifting them to ease and harmony. Each sound bowls resonate with an individual chakra to help cleanse, clear, open and move energy through your body. It is common, after the meditation, to find inspiration, new ideas, or breakthroughs coming to you. And the overall benefits of ultimate relaxation, both during 1-on-1 and group experiences. David now regularly guides sound baths and Yoga Nidra meditations for groups and private clients. Marit embarked on this healing journey of self-discovery over 15 years ago, learning to thrive while living with an autoimmune disease. She began by embracing a plant-based diet and alternative medicines. She started her mindfulness practice through Yoga and discovered the beautiful art of Meditation and Energy Healing shortly after. Her passion lies in holding space for others to connect with who they are and then radiate magic back into the world. She is certified in Intuitive Feng Shui and Chinese Energy Medicine, a Ceremony Facilitator and is by heart a Fairy Alchemist.
