2-Day WRAP Seminar I Workshop
WRAP stands for Wellness Recovery Action Plan™. WRAP® is a self-devised wellness process that anyone can use to self-regulate and take charge of their life. By developing your WRAP plan, you decide what you need to do each day to make sure you stay on your chosen path. When difficult things come up or any unforeseen struggles, you plan what your responses will be to keep yourself safe and in control of your life.
Each day the training starts at 9am. Please arrive on time.
