Commonplace Books will be hosting a Vintage Vinyl Popup Bar on the Final Friday of every month beginning Friday, February 25th from 6-8pm. What’s a Vintage Vinyl Popup Bar you ask? It’s as simple and AWESOME as it sounds: Our friend and fellow patron Noah Engh will be spinning jazz & blues records for a couple of hours while the guest in-house bartender will be mixing specialty cocktails, pouring great wines, and crackin’ open some beers. We’ll have charcuterie boards available that night as well to knock the hunger edge off and keep the party rollin’. This is a ticketed event but you get to pick your own price. Your donation will offset the cost, cover your bar tab, support local art, pay the DJ, and help keep the bookstore sustainable and strong for the long haul. All ages are welcome but must be 21 to partake. We’ll have some simple nonalcoholic options as well.
