Revitalizing Downtown Loveland | Find out what's happening in our downtown district This presentation will focus on the evolution and redevelopment of our downtown district through buildings, events and people.  Sean Hawkins will update on current redevelopment projects in downtown including; The Elks, Hartman Corner, The former Larimer county building and more!  Sean comes to us from Yakima, WA where he served as the Economic Development Manager for the City of Yakima from 2012-2018  In Yakima, he focused on downtown development, business recruitment and retention, and the development of the City-owned airport.  Before that, he had a variety of downtown development experience by working with Business Improvement Districts in New York, Southern California, Texas, and throughout the country.   He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and received his MBA from the University of Montana.   His wife’s name is Jessica and they have an 4 year old son, Jack.
