About Kevin: Since 2004 Kevin Wachter has been investing in real estate, selling and supporting developers locally and internationally. Leaving his 48-transaction year in 2016, he became the Team Leader of KW Advantage in Golden/Lakewood for 5 years, overseeing more than 1,500 transactions per year, growing the office to support the highest number of $1M+ agents in the state. He's taught throughout the country, hosted the pilot program for developing Ignite 2.0.
