Book Reading w/ A Promise To Grow's Marc Boston + Community Art Project to follow. Join us on Tuesday, February 22nd, at 4:00pm in the Brick Cellar for A Promise to Grow: Book Reading and Community Art Project featuring local Author Marc Boston and City of Promise. Marc Boston will be reading his book, A Promise To Grow, followed by a community art project. Everyone is welcome and after the book reading, we will work together to create a mural that will be on display at Dairy Market! A Promise To Grow, written by Marc Boston and illustrated by Ariel Mendez, is Marc's newest picture book inspired by the Westhaven community of Charlottesville. This story is about the adventures of a boy who dreams about his future and does good deeds in the neighborhood. Books will be available for purchase and Marc Boston will be on hand to sign copies.
