Purim Carnival and Havdalah just for families with young children (5 and under). Siblings welcome. Happy Purim! Join us for our annual Purim Carnival with this special experience just for our families with young children (5 and under). Older siblings are welcome. Saturday, March 12 at the Julia Bindeman Suburban Center 4:00 - 5:00 PM $18 per participating child. The cost includes unlimited games and activities. Each child will receive a Purim Prize Bag as they leave. Tickets are required for any child who will be actively participating in the carnival and receiving a prize bag. Prizes are appropriate for ages 16 months to 5 (approximately). There will be different prizes for older siblings. Infants do not need a ticket. Similarly, older siblings who are coming but not playing games and who will not receive a Purim Prize Bag do not need a ticket. Please note that all WHC Religious School students at both buildings will have a Purim Carnival experience on Sunday, March 13 during Sunday School. Everyone must wear a mask (and not just a Purim mask). We will not be serving/selling food or drinks in order to make sure masks stay on and everyone stays safe! Tickets are available now and must be ordered no later than March 9 at 5:00 PM. No walk-ups. Make it a Mitzvah! To help give our Purim Carnival extra meaning, we will be collecting items to donate the Montgomery County Human Society. We are specifically asking for donations of new dog or cat toys, treats and/or food. Check out their wish list here! Hamantashen are available for pre-order.
