Need dead tree removed and trimmings

Need tree removed in residential home. Must be willing to take trimmings as well. Prefer some one licensed. I cannot be more clear that you must be willing to take the derbies as well. Will pay fee, but must be reasonable as I don't have a lot to spend on this. Looking to get this done in the next 4 to 6 weeks.
