For many of us, finding time for self-care can be hard. Life gets busy and the to do list goes on and on. So come take some time for yourself and join us! This fun event will be a place where you can experience some peace and self-care. Connect with friends, learn some Zen tips and enjoy a nice relaxing yoga activity while hydrating with a special drink from Radiate Nutrition. We are so excited to have you join us! Make sure to bring a yoga mat and pillow to sit on as we will be doing a little yoga and sitting on the ground for this event. Comfy clothes encouraged! The cost is $15 per person.
