Loading/Unloading heavy boxes & furniture — storage units & truck

My family has 4 storage units with Vista Park Storage in Kennewick. One of these units is empty that we will be needing help moving some heavy (50lbs - 150lbs) boxes and large pieces of furniture into from the other 3 units. We will have a UHaul Van rented to move the items between the units, as it is a bit too far to carry individual items - and to transport some of the items near the end of the day to our home in Kennewick a couple of miles away. We will need assistance from 2 - 4 helpers for 4 - 5 hours on Friday (Feb. 11th), and 4 - 5 hours on Sunday (Feb. 13th) and will pay $20/hour at the end of each day ($80 - $100 per person, per day, depending on how long it takes). We will be there to help direct what items to move to our empty storage unit, and what items to put aside to load into the van at the end of the day to transport back to our home; we will also need assistance unloading the items into our home (as well as potentially loading items from our home to take back to the storage units to unload back into them). We are a family of 3: One senior, one man with a disability, and one woman - we simply don't have the physical ability to do this task ourselves. These are filled-to-the-brim medium-to-large storage units that our moving company threw everything into without regard for what were at-home necessities, and what could be left in storage. This job will be to allow us to find our necessities that were buried deep in the units, and to take some of the unnecessary things they unloaded at our home back to the storage units. Due to the nature and scale of this task, we're looking for patient, accepting, and understanding people with prior experience with moving (preferred, but not a necessity), and we will likely require repeat assistance next weekend (Friday, Feb. 18th - Sunday, Feb 20th). We will be paying in either cash, or through PayPal or Venmo at the end of each day as we will not be carrying such a large amount of cash on us.
